The Parent Support Project based in North Down/Sout-Eastern Trust Area has provided support for young care experienced parents and their families since 1999.
The project is contracted by the SEHSCT to provide a support service to 20 care experienced young parents and their children. This service is available to those aged 16-25 in the South-Eastern Trust area.
We aim to provide support to families to keep them safe and together. For parents we provide support that will educate and equip them with the tools needed for effective parenting and for children we provide support to ensure that they thrive and are given the best opportunity to meet their key early years milestones.
