BEST (Building Emotional Strength Together) is a free storytelling programme for parents of children with autism.
This programme is designed to support parental wellbeing by enabling their children to develop better sleep health and manage behaviours. It includes a bedtime story and toolkit catered for children with autism.
Verbal will provide training and all resources.
