Getting Started
To use My Care, you’ll need an active nidirect account. Once set up, you can download the ‘MyChart’ app, create a My Care account, and log in.
Proxy Access
Proxy access allows a trusted person such as a parent, family member or carer, to access someone’s My Care account on their behalf.
This can help individuals manage their healthcare more easily and stay informed.
Proxy access can be set up through a patients My Care account or with the help of a health or social care professional and it can be changed or removed at any time.
