The Sensory Service is a regional service to support children and young people who are deaf and/or hard of hearing, Vision Impaired (VI) or Multi-Sensory Impaired (MSI).
We are a team of teachers with specialist qualifications working with children and young people with sensory impairment, from the time of diagnosis through all stages of their education, adapting our support according to the needs of individual children and their families.
Families and schools can contact the Sensory Service for advice, guidance and support. We can also provide advice and information about other relevant services and organisations which can assist with aspects of your child’s development.
The Sensory Service can be contacted Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm using the below contact details. Please include a contact telephone number in your email.
