Family Wellness Project: Covers Fermanagh and Omagh area
The Family Wellness Project is an early intervention project for children ages 5 -12 years of age who are experiencing emotional health and well-being difficulties and their families at early intervention. The project supports children and their families across the Western (Fermanagh & Omagh only) and Southern Trust areas. The Wellness Worker offers one-to-one support in developing an individualised Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) and will aim to meet with children and their family on a weekly or fortnightly basis for approximately 10 sessions. Sessions can last between 30 – 60 minutes and can take place in the home, school or other community venue.
Mums Wellness Project: Covers Fermanagh
The Mum’s Wellness Project is an early intervention project for expectant mums at 28 weeks and mums with a baby up to 1 year old who are experiencing emotional health and wellbeing difficulties at early intervention. The project support mums and expectant mothers across the Fermanagh area. The Wellness Worker offers one-to-one support in developing an individualised Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) and will aim to meet with a mum or expectant mum on a weekly or fortnightly basis for approximately 1 hour and can take place in the home or a community venue.
