Orchardville can support you if you are 16+, have a learning disability or Autism and need support with developing your skills to get a job. There are lots of activities including
- Employability training courses covering CV preparation, job searching, interview and communication skills.
- Travel training, online safety and money management courses
- Work experience and volunteering opportunities with a wide range of employers in your area.
- Support to progress into paid work including on the job training and mentoring.
There is support every step of the way from our team of employment officers who have links to a wide range of employers that we can connect you to.
Orchardville is delivering SkillSET (Support Employment Training) across Northern Ireland though a partnership of seven specialist disability organisations. We can support you to prepare for and find employment if you have a learning disability or Autism
Providing services in the Belfast, South Eastern and Western Health & Social Care Trust areas, we support people with learning disability and/or autism aged 16-65 through a range of individualised services and programmes.
