Additional Information

Deeds offers a wide range of programmes for people living with dementia and their families (carers) living in the Derry/Strabane District Council.

The aim of our project is to keep people living with dementia well for longer in the community.

Referral can be through social worker or GP, through self referral or family member. There is a referral form to be filled in and returned to us. Then we do an home visit to ensure to assess if they are suitable for our service.

We have social and activity groups in the Old Library Trust Healthy Living Centre where Deeds is based and then we have a fantastic partnership with the following centres:

  • Shantallow Community Centre
  • HillCrest Trust •
