We provide information and support to children, young people, their families and adults on a range of health and wellbeing issues.
We have particular focus on adopting a social prescribing approach to promote physical and mental health and wellbeing. We provide support for children from age 5 including addressing issues such as emotional based school non attendance, anxiety, worry, we support neurodiverse or neurotypical children, young people and/or adults or those who are waiting for assessment.
We support people who live with chronic pain and we also run the Resurgam Healthy Living Centre Community Fridge - free food, provided twice a week to help reduce food waste. If we can't help we will find a service who can.
