We aim to remove individual barriers to training and employment by assisting young people to overcome extreme, social and educational disadvantage so they can make a difference in their lives, enabling them to become economically active and make a positive contribution to their communities.
North Belfast Bytes is based within Rathcoole Youth Club. As an independant organisation, we work closely with all local youth organisations to both support their programme delivery and work in partnership to meet the needs of young people.
Rathcoole Bytes is one of our first centres opened in 1993 and continues to play a central part in youth services in the area. We offer a full range of programmes including mentoring, personal development programmes, training, information and signposting.
