I hope to offer an exciting and stimulating day for your child, full of interesting opportunities to explore, experiment and experience new things. We will spend time in outside in all weather, we will learn about our world and the people and countries in it, we will cook and bake and try new foods, we’ll visit the supermarket, look after the garden and feed the birds. There will be time for imaginative play, puzzles, games, crafting and of course, relaxing after a long day at school or nursery. I am always open to ideas and suggestions from children and parents alike and hope to adapt and develop to meet the needs of the children in my care.
I am qualified to Level 5 in children’s care, learning and development as well as up to date safeguarding, first aid and health and safety. I have 15 years experience in a wide variety of settings from New Zealand to London and back to Northern Ireland. I also have several years of Forest School experience and training in the importance of in the moment learning.
