At Tappy Twins we pride ourselves on helping children manage and regulate their emotions, by using a proven Energy Based Technique known as EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). We provide training, workshops and 1:1 therapeutic support. We have an exceptional team of therapists, counsellors, psychotherapists and trainers to ensure we provide a comprehensive service in assisting all children in Northern Ireland in improving their mental health and resilience. Along with EFT we also use a combination of therapies including, Child Counselling, CBT, Matrix Reimprinting, EFT and NLP.
