About Me: Hi I'm Karen and I love looking after children. (Availability coming soon). I have two little boys of my own 8 & 6 who are great company for my kiddies. I am an experienced & registered childminder and NICMA insured. My aim is to offer a fun & caring setting where your little one can play, grow and learn, building their confidence and friendships and making them feel safe and secure. I provide a safe, nourishing and stimulating environment for your little ones and offer parents the reassurance of a fun, dependable, flexible home from home care. Our daily activities includes visits to playgroups where our little ones learn to play, share, and make friends with others. We enjoy lots of age appropriate indoor activities from play dough, creating with crazy sand, puzzles, hide and seek, shape sorting, reading, dancing & listening to music, drawing, arts and crafts using seasonal materials, sorting games, matching games, to baking and lots more learning through fun. On sunny days we love to get outside. I have a large, enclosed and safe back garden with lots to entertain your little ones, we have jungle gyms cubby climbing frame and slide, football nets, basketball net, little trikes cars, a play sand area, swing ball etc. We enjoy outings to age appropriate playparks and visit the museum, library and sometimes get to the beach. We love to spend time discovering the outdoors, nature walks, playing in parks, investigating & playing in all weathers. We also have some quiet time, story time and homework can be supervised for the older children. I would love you to get in touch to chat about your childcare needs. I live in a detached bungalow in the Ashgrove area of Glengormley with an enclosed and safe back garden with lots of opportunity for outdoor and indoor play and plenty of toys and activities to keep your little ones entertained.
