Rosewood provides a range of structured group and individual activities to help those who experience mental ill health to access support in a safe and encouraging environment.
The members, staff and volunteers work in partnership in all aspects of the running of the centre. The service is offered in an atmosphere of support, warmth, understanding and friendship. Rosewood is based approximately one mile from the town centre and is easily accessible by the town service bus which stops outside. A varied programme of activities is available throughout the week, These activities may be facilitated by staff, members, volunteers or specialist providers e.g. lecturers from our local college.

Referral: If you are aged between 18 and 65 and have a mental health need, then your doctor, or staff from the local Community Mental Health Team can refer you to a centre. If you wish you could come in and talk to one of our staff, all of whom are trained in the field of mental health.
