We provide services to Adults with Learning Disabilities ( 19 years and over) and their families. The Team is Multi- Disciplinary. A range of Professional and person centred services are offered. These include Individual Assessments, Carers Assessments, Respite Care, Day Services, networking with other partner organisations to support individuals and their families, onward referral to other services and or Programmes of care.
Our overall service aim is to support the individual with Learning Disabilities, enabling them to have as independent and fulfilled a life as is possible for them: ensuring they along with all other citizens have full access to their communities
