Staff have a mix of the following qualifications/training - BA Hons Early Childhood Studies, NVQ Levels 2 & 3 Childcare Learning & Development, Paediatric First Aid & Child Protection (All Staff) and Basic Food Hygiene. Puddleducks was highly commended as best new social enterprise 2012.
