My home and playroom are bright and spacious, any child in my care would have a warm and caring environment in which they feel safe, welcome and can play freely. I am fully insured through NICMA. All my childcare training is completed and up to date.
I have first-hand experience of autism from caring for my grandson, I know each child is different but I found being understanding, patient and following a routine worked, also avoiding distractions, noise or crowded spaces.
I have completed safeguarding children in a childminding setting, paediatric first aid and health and safety in a child-minding setting, also breaking barriers supporting children with a learning disability.
