We provide one-to-one counselling/talking therapy to people of 12 years and up who are experiencing poor mental health and struggling with life circumstances.
We provide free and confidential support, and our team of fully trained counsellors deal with a range of issues including stress, anxiety, mild depression, relationship issues, bereavement, suicidal ideation, health concerns etc.
This service covers SE Trust area – Down, North Down and Ards including Bangor, Newtownards and Portaferry
