By providing a telephone service from 9.30am -2pm, 7 days per week, we aim to prevent loneliness and isolation for the people of Fermanagh, aged 18+ who need us most due to self-isolation.
We aim to improve the social and emotional well-being of any person living in the Fermanagh area in need of a listening ear and a friendly, reassuring chat
We will have calls made and received by a team of friendly Staff and Volunteers from across Fermanagh.
We will provide a general chat service with signposting when necessary
We will make calls at designated times and days, agreed with individuals.
We will accept Referrals to our Service from individuals wishing to self-refer and from individuals, agencies or groups acting on the request of an individual.
