Advice Centre:
LCDI’s Advice Centre has been serving the local community for over twenty years. Highly trained advisers are available both on the telephone and in person via an appointment system to assist local people with all sorts of practical help and advice across a wide range of issues. The centre offers advice on welfare benefits, employment, consumer issues, housing and tax, to mention a few. The centre also has specialist advisers available to assist local people with Tribunal representation and debt intervention. Even when we can’t help, we’ll make sure to pass you on to someone who can. The services provided by the Advice Centre are free, confidential and entirely impartial.
Advisers can be contacted by ringing 028 777 65438 and pressing ext 3, where we will advise you by telephone or make an appointment to see you. We also offer a drop-in service for short queries every afternoon from 2-4pm. This is located in LCDI on Mon, Tues & Fri and in the Glens Community House on Tues and RVRA on Wednesdays.
We cover the Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council area.
