If you are in financial crisis and live in Northern Ireland, please call 0800 915 4604 for free (open Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm) to talk confidentially with a trained Advice NI adviser. They can help address your crises and provide support to maximise your income, help you navigate the benefits system, and identify any additional grants you could be entitled to. The advisers can also provide specialist debt and budgeting advice to people calling the line. If needed, they’ll issue you with a voucher so you can get an emergency food parcel from your local food bank.

Every day people in the UK go hungry for reasons ranging from redundancy to receiving an unexpected bill on a low income.

Trussell Trust foodbanks provide a minimum of three days emergency food and support to people experiencing crisis in the UK.

The following orginisations support our work by identifying individuals and families who are in real need; Ballybeen womens centre, Brooklands Primary school, Dundonald Presbyterian, Christ church Dundonald, Dundonald Baptist, Dundonald Elim, Christians against poverty, Church of God Glenmachan, Community Learning Disability Team, Dundonald High School, Dundonald medical centre, East Belfast Citizens advice Bureau, East Belfast Independent Advice Centre, East Belfast Surestart, Gateway social services, Home Start East Belfast, Knock Methodist, St Marys Dundonald, Dundonald Methodist, Peter Robinson MLA, Sammy Douglas MLA, Jim Shannon MP, Simon community, St Vincent de Paul and Tullycarnet Presbyterian church.

They can give you a voucher to obtain food. If you have a completed foodbank voucher, please bring it to the Food Bank.

These are the times when we are open: Monday: 9am - 12.00noon Wednesday: 9am - 12.00noon Friday: 9am - 12.00noon

Since the pandemic we have a satellite site at Orangefield Presbyterian Church which is open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:30-4:30pm.
