Scraboview is an evolving day support service for adults with mental health needs. We aim to meet these individual needs by building meaningful relationships and focusing on strengths and abilities. Scraboview offers a range of therapeutic activities which are based within the centre and also the local community Activities include :- One to one and group IT sessions Positive Steps Groups Member Led Sessions Arts & Crafts Crochet Creative Personal Development Tiffany Glass Scraboview has established strong links with the our local health development officer. This has given us the opportunity to have our staff trained in the planning, delivery and evaluation of Positive Steps. Positive Steps is an 11 week Mental Health & Emotional Wellbeing programme which provides participants with the opportunity to: Enhance confidence & self-esteem Improve mental health & emotional wellbeing Try something new, different and exciting Connect, participate and be valued. We are currently delivering this programme in partnership with the South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust for existing clients and short term referrals. Referral If you are aged between 18 and 65 and have a mental health need, then your doctor, or staff from the local Community Mental Health Team can refer you to a centre. If you wish you could come in and talk to one of our staff, all of whom are trained in the field of mental health.
