The Macmillan Information and Support Service in the Southern Health and Social Care Trust area provides quality and comprehensive information and support, to anyone who has concerns about cancer, including family, friends and carers. Our service supports people and families affected by cancer to access information and services in support of their recovery, health and wellbeing following cancer treatment.

We work as a partnership between Macmillan Cancer Support and the Southern Trust, providing a range of information services, support and activities:
Finding out that you or someone close to you has cancer can be a difficult and confusing time. The Macmillan Information and Support Service at the Southern trust is here to help you find your best way through – whether you’ve been diagnosed with cancer, or you’re a family member, carer or friend. A member of our staff or one of our trained and dedicated volunteers will listen to your worries and concerns and offer free confidential support and advice.
A drop-in service is available at the Macmillan Information and Support Centre located in the main foyer of Craigavon Area Hospital. The centre is open Monday to Friday, 10am – 4pm, except bank holidays. People are welcome to call in anytime, during these hours, no appointment necessary.
