The service provides a signposting and support mechanism for individuals and families at times of difficulty or crisis. Key areas of work include encouraging an individual to assist in individual services, which could benefit and enhance their personal circumstances. LIA aim to promote improved lifestyle choices and opportunities of those with a disability and those from minor culture, races, languages and sexual orientation.
LIA offer a one-step shop or village hub, in which they contact individuals and families with an appropriate support services and specialised services to assist in life changing benefits.
Care activities include: Individual training health promotion, welfare advice, regenerations, youth projects, environmental programmes, family / social support, sign posting and community safety.
