A range of free services for families who are expecting and/or who have children under the age of 4 and live in the Ardoyne, Cliftonville or Ligoniel ward areas.
Services include :
- Antenatal support from our midwife - home visits, workshops, breastfeeding support
- Support from our health visitor - home visits, workshops, postnatal support
- Support from our Speech and Language Therapist - home visits, workshops, parent programme, parent and child programmes
- Family Support team – 1-1 support in the home, parent programmes, parent workshops
- Early years team – play support, crèche for parent programmes, stay and play sessions, song and rhyme sessions, parent and child groups, specialist targeted groups.
Parent programmes / workshops include :
- Cook It
- Nurture Parenting Programme
- Parenting Puzzle
- New Baby Workshop
- Feeding in the 1st Year
- Antenatal workshops
Parent / child programmes include :
- baby massage
- baby yoga
