Additional Information
We are a community playgroup situated within the grounds of Ballymacash PS. We are open to all children from the age of 2 years 10 months regardless of race or religion. We aim to provide a safe and happy environment where children may play, have fun, and at the same time be encouraged and helped to develop.
The combined experienced staff of over 60 years are always striving to improve their knowledge & learning with 75% at NVQ Level 5. Core training includes Safeguarding, First Aid, Fire Safety, Food Safety & Hygiene (with a 5 Star rating). Staff also have Allergy training.
We support children with speech & language through Helps Kids Talk & Talk Boost Programme and encourage children to accept differences through the Media Initiative for Children programme with lots of puppets & fun activities to experience all cultures.
Healthy snacks included, enclosed garden with new enhancements, sensory room & soft play indoor 'Bouncy' area.
