Family Support NI is the first point of contact for many parents searching for childcare in Northern Ireland, have you updated your childcare listing recently? Parents can use Family Support NI to search for childcare providers close to their postcode, and filter childcare providers to find those with current vacancies, and who provide services to meet their childcare needs. Contact us to update your childcare listing or to get included.

Your childcare listing on Family Support NI may be the first thing a parent/carer sees about your childcare business. Check your childcare listing now to make sure your details are up-to-date.

Contact us if you would like to add further details about your business, opening hours, a mobile number or email address, etc. 

If you are a registered/approved childcare provider, your registering Early Years team keeps us up-to-date with changes of address, change of registered numbers, etc. but if you need to change something on your listing, let us know:

Keeping your listing up-to-date by letting us know about any current vacancies you have or services you provide, helps us to signpost parents/carers to you.

Family Support NI is used by government bodies, such as HMRC, to stay informed of changes to the public childcare register in Northern Ireland. If the details we hold for you are incorrect, this can have implications around your sign-up for childcare schemes such as Tax-Free Childcare.

Get included!

Your Early Years Team inform us of all newly registered or approved childcare providers in Northern Ireland. We add these providers to the public childcare register at Family Support NI and write to new providers to invite them to add additional details about their childcare business and services they provide.
