Sarah Kerr (Saintfield)

I have worked as a childminder in Saintfield for the past 21 years, providing a home from home, warm caring environment.  

Throughout my career I have gained a vast experience of caring for children from birth to teenagers. I have experience of Autism, Downs Syndrome, food allergies and asthma. My core training is up to date, First Aid, Health and Safety, Safeguarding and Hygiene for Food Handlers. I am registered with Environmental Health.  

My qualifications include, Nursery Nursing and Advanced Practice in Work with Children and Families.  

• Opening Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm (flexible)

• Schools: Drop off / pick up - Academy PS, Oakwood School & Assessment Centre, Millenium Integrated PS, Carrickmannon PS, St Josephs PS, and Cedar Integrated PS.  

• Facilities: Dedicated play room with an extensive variety of resources including sand, painting, puzzles, home corner building blocks, books etc. Two enclosed patio areas, front and rear enclosed gardens and an area with swings, slides, trampoline and playhouse – This area has a rubber safety surface.    

• I provide healthy nutritious lunch and snacks. Breakfast and evening meals can be provided on request.
