Additional Information
We are always looking for new foster carers across Northern Ireland. People who have a spare room and space in their hearts to help a child to grow up safe and happy.
We need foster carers who can provide a home for children and young people aged 0-18 for varying periods of time – from just one day to a lifetime.
Our foster carers come from all sorts of backgrounds and communities. We want to match a child with the right foster parents, and vice versa.
People are often put off by myths about fostering. For example, they might think it’s only for certain types of people. This really isn’t true.
To be a foster parent, you’ll need to be over 21 and have a spare room. You’ll also have to be good with children and have the time to give.
In return, we cover the costs of caring for a child, and we pay a fee.
We are a children’s charity that is committed to providing foster placements that offer the warmth, love, and security that children need. We want every child to have stability so that they can cope with the changes and challenges life brings.
We do this by recruiting ordinary people who want to do something extraordinary. People who want to change a child’s life for the better. You can contact us or find out more by -
