Family Centres provide a special place for families and individuals who are under stress and want help to achieve a positive change in their lives.
The centres aim to support families, enhance their skills in parenting and promote the emotional well being of all individuals referred to the centre.
Multi-disciplinary staff teams carry out a balance of preventative, assessment and therapeutic work and aim to work collaboratively and in partnership with service users and other professionals.
