Just Ask aims to improve the sexual health of individuals with a learning disability and autistic people by enabling them to:
- Develop their sexuality and sexual identity
- Achieve sexual health as opposed to sexual ill health
- Exercise their right to establish adult friendships and relationships

- Workshops for people with learning disabilities and autistic people
- One to one information and support sessions for people with learning disabilities and autistic people
- Workshops and one to one information and support sessions for family carers and support workers of people with learning disabilities and autistic people as well as training for professionals, including teachers working in schools for students with specific educational needs.
