Ashton Community Trust - Bridge of Hope

At present our offices are closed due to Covid-19 restrictions and all services are being delivered remotely. 

Bridge of Hope is a department of Ashton Community Trust that delivers wellbeing services regionally to individuals and families affected by poor mental health. We promote wellbeing by supporting people to adopt better coping skills, develop self-care strategies and to make positive life changes through a range of support programmes. These include: Complementary Therapies; Life Coaching; Counselling for Adults, Children and Young People; Health and Wellbeing Caseworker Support; Conflict/Legacy programmes; VTCT Accredited Professional Training and Personal Development Courses in Stress Management, Resilience, Mindfulness and Take 5 steps to wellbeing. We also support those affected by suicide and self-harm through delivery of complementary therapies and counselling. Ashton Community Trust leads on the Lower North Belfast Family Support Hub and Bridge of Hope provides support to those referred in for support by the Hub. This multi-agency group provides early intervention family support services to families and children/young persons aged up to 18 years. Bridge of Hope also provides counselling to children and young people who are affected by conflict related transgenerational issues.
