The Macmillan Health and Wellbeing Service aims to provide information and support on all of the broader issues that someone must deal with whilst affected by cancer.
We understand everyone is unique and that no two people have the same experience of cancer. There are issues that are more common however and our service provides high quality information and support with these to help you live life to the fullest.
Whether it be practical or physical issues, financial support, dealing with the emotional impact, support for carers, children and young adults or help navigating the Health and Care system – We are here to support anyone impacted by a cancer diagnosis.
A drop-in service is open at the centre:
People are welcome to call in anytime, during these hours, no appointment necessary.
There is also an Information Zone (Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm). It holds a selection of high quality information in a variety of different formats and people are welcome to visit the area and help themselves to whatever information they require.
