REAP aims to get young people (16-24) into and ready for employment. We can support them to find a job or help them gain skills necessary to access the sector which interests them. We offer a bespoke programme which individually supports participant towards their employment goals and overcome barriers to employment. The programme is open to all young people and inclusive of all abilities. Often, individuals will feel unable to work due to lack of confidence or self-esteem. Our programme aims to address this issue and ensure that everyone taking part feels empowered to take their first steps towards their chosen career.
We currently run a number of classes including:
All students participate in Employability but can try as many other occupational areas as they want. One on one mentoring will be available for all participants – where a participant does not require or is not interested in joining classes, they can still avail of one-on-one mentoring. The programme is flexible and where there is a need for a qualification or skill required to move a young person closer to employment we can try and provide that service.
If you would like to hear more about the programme or if you know someone who could benefit from our support, please contact me on the details below.
