NSPCC Helpline is intended for professionals and members of the public to seek help and advice on child protection issues and to report child protection concerns.
The Helpline employs a range of staff from backgrounds in law enforcement, social work, education and health. NSPCC also provides commissioned helpline services including Female Genital Mutilation, Child Sexual Exploitation and Human Trafficking.
Helpline is currently operating between the hours of 10am–4pm Monday to Friday.
However, you can email help@NSPCC.org.uk at any time. It’s free and you don’t have to say who you are.
