Additional Information

PIPS provide support to individuals who are considering, or who have at some point considered, ending their own lives or self-harming.

PIPS support families and friends who have lost someone to suicide. These services are offered in the home or at its premises on the Antrim Road in Belfast.

The charity has a small team of paid staff and a wide range of volunteers supporting those in need while operating a ‘no appointment’ walk in service.

Open Monday - Friday 9am to 9pm, Saturday & Sunday 10am to 6pm

When a person comes to PIPS for help they will be spoken to immediately by our triage team who start a stay safe/support plan. The person will not have to wait days or weeks or months to see a Counsellor/Therapist.

In addition to providing this immediate support, PIPs acts as a gateway to other services.

PIPS also facilitates a range of family peer support groups in Belfast and many towns across the region, providing support to bereaved families and delivering Training Packages.

The care team can be consulted without appointment on site or by telephone 0800 088 6042.
