Established in Derry City more than 30 years ago. Dove House, from its base at Meenan Square in the Bogside, has been bringing a wide range of community services to the local Bogside and Brandywell community and through outreach to people of the wider Derry City and Strabane Council area.
Dove House is primarily known for their stellar contribution in the city, with regard to Welfare advice: working with and on behalf of the disadvantaged, socially excluded and the most vulnerable members of the community.
A free, confidential and impartial advice and advocacy service is offered by our team of advisers. We can offer advice on the following:
Dove House Advice Services has a Universal Credit Hub available for everyone in the community to apply and keep up to date with Universal Credit requirements. This can be accessed on a daily basis at the following times:
Mon – Thursday: 9-5pm
Friday: 9-3pm

If so, you can visit the Universal Credit Hub at Dove House.
There are computers set up for you to register and make your claim, and our welfare advisors are on hand to offer advice.
