We work with young people, families and local women either via a self-referral, or a referral made on their behalf. To begin with we will contact the family/young person/adult to arrange a meeting – either a home visit or at the office in Antrim (whatever is suitable). At this meeting we will discuss their specific needs, we will develop a plan of support to meet these needs. The help we give each person/family is unique and depends on their circumstances, requirements and what they want help with. We are a non-judgemental ear that will listen to any issues and offer support/advice and signpost to other agencies/services as appropriate. There is a weekly drop-in clinic every Monday from 11am -3pm where you can call in to speak with either family support, youth provision or the adult befriender.
