The Floating Support Service is designed to help people secure and maintain their tenancies. The service is widely recognised as being an example of best practice and has specialist innovations for e.g. Key project - young vulnerable homeless and care leavers.
Floating Support is provided in your own home by a support worker and can provide help and advice in all sorts of areas, such as:
Triangle work with people aged 16-65 years and who are in accommodation, or setting up home. They can offer advice and support to enable a person to move to more appropriate accommodation and provide practical support, advice and assistance that might affect their tenancy. Triangle also have expertise of supporting clients with a learning disability
Method of Referral: any statutory/voluntary organisation, self referrals can be made if you have been in receipt of the service within the previous 12 months
