The following projects are available :-

Safe Futures For Families Bereaved by Suicide
The loss of a loved one through suicide brings with it many different feelings and emotions. These can appear so unbearable that you may feel you cannot cope. it is important that you are given the opportunity to work through your grief in your own way supported by caring peers.

We are offering you an opportunity to get away for a weekend where we will help you to understand why you are feeling this way and to show you these feelings are normal and that you will not always feel this way.

Where Am I Now ?
(WAIN) Programme (5-10 year olds)
This programme is designed to help young children feel safe to talk about their feelings following the loss of a significant person from their lives.
The activities in the group are intended to help children learn about feelings and to practice skills that will help them express their feelings appropriately.

By the end of the programme the children will realise that adjustment to the changes in their lives will take time and that help is available if they become overwhelmed.

Counselling for Children and Young people (5-25 year olds)
Counselling is a process where an individual can look more closely at his or her life and get help from a trained counsellor who will remain confidential and non-judgemental. The counsellor will assist the child or young person to work through issues or concerns while respecting their values and beliefs.

Therapists work with a wide range of issues such as bereavement, bullying, self harm, depession, anxiety, sexual abouse and eating disorders and many more.

Growing Through Change Residential Programme (11-25 year olds)
This Programme is designed to help young people work through the 5 stages of the grief process. The model ised is based on Dr Elizabeth Kubler Ross who identified these stages as denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance.

The programme is open to young people from the age of 11years upward who have experienced bereavement and loss. The loss may be due to death of a significant person in their lives. It may also be due to the separation or divorce of parents or young people in the care system who are experiencing losses in their lives.

The Waypoint Project
This is a peer mentoring programme. Young people with a lived experience will be fully trained to mentor younger young people experiencing similar life issues within our organisation.
