Main Services Provided

The Western Adult Autism Advice Service (WAAAS) is a made up of a small multi-agency team providing advice and guidance to adults and young people with autism and those who support them. The WAAAS is for people aged 16 years and over who have a diagnosis of autism and for those who support them, who live in the Western Trust Area. The key aims are to, provide a safe and friendly place for you to speak to someone who understands autism and provide you with on-the-day information to access a range of appropriate services. You do not need to make an appointment, just call in and someone will be available to speak with you.
WAAAS is offered 4 times per year;
1st Thursday in October in Derry Central Library 1.30-4.30pm
1st Thursday in December in Omagh Library 1.30 – 4.30pm
1st Thursday in March in Strabane Library 1.30 – 4.30pm
1st Wednesday in June in Enniskillen Library 1.30 – 4.30pm
