Main Services Provided

NIACRO is a voluntary organisation which has been working for more than 40 years to reduce crime and its impact on people and communities. We believe children and young people can be diverted from the criminal justice system through support designed to meet their needs and the needs of their families.
NIACRO’s Child and Parent Support (CAPS) project works at an early intervention level to provide intensive support services to families whose child (aged 8-13 years) are at risk of engaging in anti-social/offending behaviour. CAPS offer a range of preventative services which work on the strengths and abilities of the child and his or her family.
