Additional Information

The Student Wellbeing team at Ulster University will help you to navigate the challenges of student life . Our triage assistants are trained to provide advice and guidance on a variety of issues and have an in-depth knowledge of our Student Support services Our triage assistants are available for drop-in and scheduled appointments during office hours and they provide an initial assessment to determine the most appropriate action or line of referral for our students. This service ensures that our students are seen faster and receive relevant information to support them with their particular issue. Triage assistants have also been trained to provide immediate care and support for students in distress, with the support of the Student Health & Wellbeing Advisory Service and the AccessAbility team. If you have an issue or if you are worried about someone else, come down to the Student Support centre on your campus to meet with one of our triage assistants or contact us via the telephone or email to make an appointment.
