The Community Nursing Team work with children who have a wide range of complex healthcare requirements.
The Team support the children and their parents in their own home.
The Community Children Nurse's Team work within the school environment to support children with complex health needs.
Within the Community Children Nurse Team, trained Healthcare Assistants provide support and care for children with complex needs in their own homes working alongside other service providers.
